All the essentials and then some. A fully equipped kitchenette, a full bathroom, high-end bedding, and our signature control surfaces to modulate sound and light. The Red and Purple units also feature a dishwasher and laundry facilities. You’ll find a detailed list of amenities on each unit’s dedicated page.
It’s a space to be. Whether you're here to finish an album, sketch, bike, ski at Mont-Sainte-Anne, celebrate a special moment, or simply slow down, the Lab adapts to your intent. It can also host corporate retreats and team-building sessions. For any specific requirements, don’t hesitate to get in touch.
Everything is digital. You book online, receive a confirmation, and 24 hours before your arrival, a unique code will be sent to you via text and email. This code unlocks the main entrance and your unit starting at 4 PM. On the day of your departure, your access expires at 11 AM. It is crucial to respect this time to avoid being locked out (with your luggage still inside). To extend your stay, please contact us in advance.
The Lab is designed for total autonomy. We don’t have a front desk, but we’re never far away. If you run into an issue or need any information, we are available via text at all times. However, if you're in a hurry for a life-saving answer, 911 is your best bet.
The Lab is a space for freedom and creativity. We simply ask that you respect the freedom of those in other units. The insulation is excellent, so if you can hear your neighbors too clearly, there’s likely an "excess" going on—let us know. On the other hand, we value life and conviviality, so let’s embrace the good vibes. We simply ask that you keep the "excesses of joy" in check after 11 PM. Standard stuff. Please note that the space is strictly non-smoking as per law and, despite our love for animals, pets are not allowed to preserve the integrity of our installations.
